North Carolina MENTOR  doesn’t have one career ladder: It has many.  From clinicians to accountants to Direct Support Employees, the people who work within North Carolina MENTOR have a multi-faceted environment in which to perform, grow and succeed. Because we are a growth-oriented, creative organization, we are constantly welcoming new people with wide ranging skills and backgrounds. 

Similar to our philosophy regarding the people we serve, we assess every potential employee for their individual contribution, not just their ability to fill a position.  This way, we build an employee base of creative thinkers with varying perspectives whose one common trait is the commitment to our mission.
