Who We Serve

The individuals and families supported by North Carolina MENTOR have a variety of needs, all of which are met within the communities they call home. Because each person’s needs and preferences are different – and often change over time – we provide a full range of community-based residential and non-residential supports.

Children and Families

The protection and welfare of children at risk is provided by North Carolina MENTOR in numerous ways, depending on the situation of the child and his or her relationship with the family.  Services range from day and transitional programs to in-home, educational and residential programs.    To learn more about our residential services for children and adolescents provided in licensed therapeutic foster homes, click here
