
North Carolina MENTOR was established in 1993 to provide community-based care for at-risk youth in the state. Today, North Carolina MENTOR serves hundreds of at-risk youth and children and adults with developmental disabilities across the state.

North Carolina MENTOR is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human services providers offering an array of quality services to adults and children with developmental disabilities or acquired bran injury and to children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral or medically complex challenges as well as their families.
North Carolina MENTOR is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
